Yes, but it’s what we’re supposed to be doing in being ‘salt and light’. And anyway, everyone involved in politics and government is by definition trying to impose their personal view of reality/morality on society. This is what politics and government is about. If Christians don’t get involved in politics, then we just have some other religion imposing their version of morality. For example, the evolutionary humanists impose their ‘morality’ that says abortion is a woman’s ‘right’ and the result is that many millions of innocents have paid with their lives. It’s about time Christians woke up to reality and got active in politics once again and try to reform some of these unjust laws.
