      Yes, absolutely.  A glorious display of God’s holiness and restraint.  As one who lives in Minneapolis, I can vouch for how awkward the storm was.  A number of people did call me to ask if I was okay, as there was serious wind damage only a mile away from me.  But I only ever saw or heard a little rain, not even a serious downpour.  There were no sirens going off that I could hear of.
      Just for information’s sake: Piper’s church, Bethlehem Baptist, is located only about 5 blocks away from the Convention center and the location of Central Lutheran; and North Central University, which is an Assemblies of God school, is located only 3 blocks away.  I’d definitely have to say that this was divine surgery.

      Mercy can triumph over justice only at the place of atonement or if there is some one to atone /intercede for the sin.
