To recognize a false prophet tehy have an audible voice from the Lord like “the Lord told me that you will have money this week. These people try to communicate with God. Btu is it God who really talk to them or maybe through their intuition.

The false teachers ca be recognize for teaching about prosperity gospel. People like those preachers because they want to satisfy themselves. But the bottom line here those false teachers try to teach people to become greedy materially.

      Dear Dr. Brown,
in this second show you quoted the verse in Matthew “You will know them by their fruit!”  That is a great verse, of course. Now please could you answer this question for me:  For many years I had been attending a certain church nearby in a town called Lindach (Germany). At a certain time I introduced a CD from Aviad Cohen to them. At least four people there (two for the first time and later another two) – one of them in a leading position, told me that this music was inspired by the devil or at least by the flesh, and could never lead to a godly lifestyle! I was absolutely baffled! Their reasoning was that God never ever would use that kind of rhythm!! Such a rhythm would lead to a decadent lifestyle!!! I could not believe what I was hearing!! I quoted the verse “You will know them by their fruit”, and the choire leader responded: “Yes, you will soon see the bad fruit of it!”  Only recently another person from that congregation responded in a similar way to the music of A.C. I have on my website! They all reason with this verse mentioned above.
My personal experience with that music was and is that it changes my life in an absolutely positive direction, honestly!!!
My question: What is the problem here?

The problem here is cultural, I believe. These leaders only have one association with Aviad’s style of music, and that is negative and worldly, and so they hear that music and think, “That is not of God!” Many people felt the same way when drums and electric guitars were introduced into church worship, but today we are used to it. The message Aviad brings through his music is loud and clear, exalting Jesus, and the musical style is an effective medium.

That being said, there’s no need to get into an argument with your leaders. Just honor them and agree to differ on this issue.

@Jayson, did you fully listen to Dr. Browns message?

Thank you, Dr. Brown, I appreciate your answer! I don’t mean to get into an argument with them, the thing is though that they will confront me each time they see this music somehow associated with me. I basically have to decide each time what is now more important for me: Their message or Aviad’s message.

      Bro. Ben,

I was driving when I heard Dr. Brown on the radio about how to recognize a false teacher or prophet but didn’t here the whole message just only that topic. So, when I got home I immediate open my computer to share about my experience. Then I never thought that it will be posted on Facebook about my comment. I’m so glad that I have a college friend who made a comment that he doesn’t believe in any religion because he admit to himself that he is an atheist. So we share our different views in a harmless debate, to cut the story short he told me that if I prove to him  the existence of God to give the links in website he might go back to faith so pray for him. His name is Jude. Thank you and God bless!

      In Christ

Jayson, just reverse the burden of proof on your friend. Ask him to prove the non-existence of God and see how he goes!

I listened to Aviad recently, there’s nothing bad about his music, it’s all about the message, and his message is is good. His testimony is great as well, he will bring a lot of glory to God, whether or not your leaders believe that he is righteous.

That is what I also think Kyle L., thank you :-)   I believe that Yeshua is using him in a special way.  Thank you for your music, Aviad, and may the LORD reach many through it!!
