“Thus saith the Lord, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord.” Jeremiah 9:23-24

It is humbling to learn about who God is.

      re: Crossdressing character in Shreck

I don’t care much for what Hollywood has to offer today but I would be remiss if I did not mention that bugs bunny was frequently seen cross-dressing.

however, I don’t think the producers of the bugs bunny cartoone were trying to make a social statement, In fact, the exceprts cited above are rather entertaining.

Its hard to judge motive, but the motive of the Shreck producers and the Bugs Bunny producers may have been different.

Names of God – who really cares: what Abraham call his God? What about Isaac? Jacob? Joseph? So then this God did not even have a name for all those years. He would have said his name if it was important, but he didn’t, so it is not.

Jesus himself said the greatest commandment. Sacrifice does not matter, and by extension, neither does name……

Just saw this on the news about Obama. Apparently in Indonesia, they’ve made a bronze statue of him. Though it was kind of shocking
